Why oh why was this not a Crown Court hearing??? I always thought that any protest would have had a far greater chance of winning with a jury involved as our great British public are far more sensible than the politically motivated Judges in our not so great justice system. The legislation gives powers to the judiciary to implement community service for those parents who disobey court orders. Prison and change of residence is rarely used.
